Dual Mixer Paving Plant

The ERIE MG-12CP2 is the premier Dual Mixer Plant offered in the market today. State-of-the Art components have been combined with the most current innovations in batch plant design to set a new standard for super high speed, high production concrete paving. Mainline highway and airport paving projects that require sustained, high production concrete pours are no match for the MG-12CP2.

ABOUT THE PLANTS

Description

The MG-11C consists of separate aggregate, cement, and central mixer travel units. The mixer unit can be transported on a drop center trailer or can be trailorized for towing. Each travel unit comes completely assembled, which makes for fast erection time.

  • Up to 400 cubic yards per hour
  • 20,50,80,100,150, or 200 cubic yard aggregate bin
  • 10 or 12 cubic yard batching system
  • 36"or 48" wide batch transfer conveyor
  • 2000 cubic foot (500bbl.) 
  • 2866 cubic foot (715bbl) 
  • 3732 cubic foot (935bbl.) 
  • 4598 cubic foot (1150bbl.)
  • Cement silos available in one or two compartment(s)
  • 3" or 4" water meter,with a 120 gallon water tank
  • 15 H.P. air compressor, with 120 gallon tank
